Everything was set up and provided in the basement of the bakery, with full explanation of each step and a decent story of the history behind the chimney cakes. I thought I had booked lunch with the cruise (very misleading name of cruise), when we arrived had to change our confirmation and payment for tickets at the office in the meeting point. Only by accident did I notice the tickets were ticked for drinks only. We had to pay extra and get tickets changed to include the food. This is not satisfactory, we could have missed out entirely .Please improve your booking website so that there is no misundertsanding and people are sure of what they have booked and paid for. My printed voucher stated `Danube lunch cruise.` Also there were other people on that day…”
