“The spa is brilliant! We visited on a Tuesday and it was a lot quieter than expected. All in indoor facilities were really good and clean. A large variety of saunas and steam rooms and a good few different temperature pools too! The panoramic pool is lovely too. There are a few things to note: - bring some flip flops for walking around - the Turkish bath only allows certain sexes in on certain days - if you want to swim in the normal pool you need a cap We restaurant was fab, brilliant value for money. Between 2 of us we tried the goulash; lime hummus, fish and chips…”

“We were going to go to the Széchenyi Spa, but after reading the reviews, we opted for Margaret Island Day Spa, which is beautiful! People were jogging, biking, skating, talking, lounging, etc. The spa itself was very welcoming, and the three women at the front desk greeted as with smiles, and very clear directions on how to prepare for the pools/sauna. Once in the hottest thermal pool, there were about 15 young men who joined us, looking like they were on the local university swim team. The women couldn’t stop looking! These were some tall, white, square-jawed, Bjorn Ironside-looking dudes! My colleague and I watched the faces of their husbands/partners…and…”

“Fantastic card to have and helped us get around. The only issue was collecting it, we put the address in google maps and it sent us to the opposite side of the town so after a 3 mile walk we found a very hidden hotel that wasn’t signed as a hotel but apartments to get our passes. The stafff were very helpful and assisted us quickly as we were then running late for our booked trip. Would also be great to have it electronically on your phone”

“Had a lovely time in the spa baths but a few things were not quite what was expected. The reception was busy with people all over the place, no real welcome or guidance as to where to go once inside. In the end we followed others to what we thought was a cabin to change. However, a rude officious man literally stood guard at the entrance barring our way. We tried to ask where the cabins were, he threw his arm up say NO, NO. YOU PAY and was rubbing his finger and thumb together. On trying to ask a question my colleague was stared at in silence for what…”
