The only issue was collecting it, we put the address in google maps and it sent us to the opposite side of the town so after a 3 mile walk we found a very hidden hotel that wasn’t signed as a hotel but apartments to get our passes. The stafff were very helpful and assisted us quickly as we were then running late for our booked trip. Would also be great to have it electronically on your phone”
